Welcome to Freyai (“Freyai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Freyai’s prototype applications, sites, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading any document, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is offered by entities affiliated with Freyai in various regions and may be updated, expanded, or retired at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The Service is an experimental prototype. It is actively evolving and may be incomplete, unstable, or inaccurate. Functionality may change, break, or be discontinued with little or no warning. You understand that this early stage may involve inconsistent behavior, occasional outages, and unexpected interactions.
You use the Service at your sole discretion and risk. The Service is provided without assurances of quality, suitability, or reliability for any specific purpose, and should not be used for mission-critical decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization and that the organization accepts these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you should cease use and notify us promptly.
The Service allows you to upload contracts and related materials (“User Content”). You are solely responsible for your User Content, including obtaining any permissions or rights necessary to submit it, and for ensuring that your submissions are lawful, appropriate, and within your authority to share.
By submitting User Content, you grant Freyai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, display, and create derivative works (such as redacted copies and analytical artefacts) as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including testing and development activities typical of a prototype.
You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or that you do not have permission to share. You also agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to extract underlying datasets or model weights, or misrepresent outputs generated by the Service as professional or definitive advice.
The Service may attempt to remove or mask personal details using automated techniques before applying AI-based analysis to identify potential contract “red flags”. Because these techniques are automated and experimental, redaction may be partial, inconsistent, or incomplete. Material information may be removed unintentionally during redaction, which can affect the relevance or accuracy of subsequent analysis.
The AI components produce outputs that are algorithmic, probabilistic, and context-sensitive. Outputs may vary for the same input and may be incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrect. You should review all outputs carefully and apply independent judgment before relying on them for any action.
The Service may be used to assist your own review, but it does not replace careful human evaluation. Freyai is not a law firm, and the Service does not provide legal, financial, or compliance advice. Any information, summaries, or flags surfaced by the Service are informational only. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions based on any outputs.
If you choose to let team members or third parties view results, you are solely responsible for any permissions and confidentiality expectations you establish with them.
The Service is operated on infrastructure provisioned through Microsoft Azure. Freyai does not make promises about Azure’s performance or availability, and Service behavior may be impacted by platform-level conditions. We do not provide guarantees regarding data storage, retention, or retrieval. Content may be deleted, moved, or become unavailable at any time as part of ordinary prototype operations.
The Service does not claim any particular form of encryption, confidentiality mechanism, or protective measure, and you should not upload content that you consider sensitive, confidential, or irreplaceable. If you choose to upload such content, you do so entirely at your own risk.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on features or restrict access, with or without notice. Because this is a prototype, interruptions, resets, and rollbacks can occur as part of iterative development and testing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Service. Your continued use after publication of updated Terms indicates acceptance of the changes.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with the prototype’s intent: exploratory review of contracts and related materials. You will not attempt to overload the system, probe for vulnerabilities, or scrape outputs in bulk. You will not claim that outputs are guaranteed to be accurate or comprehensive, nor suggest that they are endorsed by Freyai as authoritative statements.
Freyai retains all rights in its software, models, interfaces, designs, and other materials made available through the Service. Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein to use the Service, no license or other rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of your User Content. You permit Freyai to use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the prototype, including experimentation with model behavior and user experience.
Because this is a prototype, we may conduct demonstrations, pilots, or limited showcases. If you voluntarily submit feedback, suggestions, or descriptive use-cases, you grant Freyai permission to use them for evaluation, product ideas, and general narrative examples, without obligation to you.
The Service may interoperate with or reference third-party services, platforms, or content (including Azure). These are outside Freyai’s control and may change without notice. Freyai does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party offerings, and your use of them is subject to their separate terms, if any.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse, non-use, maintenance needs, or prototype resets. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately, and any stored data or configurations may be removed as part of routine prototype housekeeping.
The Service may be accessed from Australia, India, the United States, and other locations. Features and availability can vary by region during the prototype phase. We do not commit to regional parity, and capabilities may differ or appear at different times. Local expectations and customs may influence how you choose to use the Service, and you remain responsible for your own choices and interpretations.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and imperfections. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Freyai does not make promises about accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, non-interference, or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may be speculative, contradictory, or incomplete. You should not rely on any output as authoritative or final.
We do not claim that any particular practice, safeguard, or process is in place or functioning in any specific way. Where features are visible, they are offered for convenience and experimentation only and may change or be removed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freyai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, content, or use, arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service, regardless of legal theory and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the foregoing, Freyai shall have no liability for errors or omissions in redaction or analysis; for any interpretations, decisions, or actions you take based on outputs; for interruptions, delays, or failures of the Service; or for issues traceable to third-party platforms, including Azure. Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Freyai and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of or access to the Service; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction associated with the Freyai entity that provides your instance of the Service, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and Freyai consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of competent courts located in that jurisdiction for any permitted court action. Before initiating formal action, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Freyai regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect. Headings are for convenience only. You may not assign these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior consent. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

You are solely responsible for verifying all results and determining how to use or disregard them.
We make no commitments about protective measures, certifications, or practices. We do not guarantee any specific process, retention, or recovery for your content. If you choose to use the prototype with sensitive documents, you do so fully at your own discretion and risk.
